After years of enjoying the thrill of canyon rides and motorcycle maintenance and improvement, Alex began racing in 1982. Over the years, he has traveled the country, gaining industry support and recognition and bringing home well over 100 trophies and plaques. In 1990 Alex opened up Motorcycle Performance Services, finding he had well outgrown his home garage. MPS specializes in Japanese and Italian street bikes, dirt bikes and watercraft, offering anything from basic maintenance to custom work and performance and race modification. Alex has developed a respectable position in the industry as both a racer and shop owner. His passion, dedication, and expertise become quickly apparent upon speaking with him. Alexander White and MPS have been featured on Making It, a Los Angeles based television show honoring local minority business.  Articles have also been published in the Los Angels Times and Long Riders magazine.
